INCLUDE TEMPLATE FROM PORTLAND WILLAMETTE TEMPLATE KIT WITH ORDER FORM
1) Close Damper
2) Tape Template over opening making sure bottom is flush with bottom of opening.
3) Trace opening from outside of fireplace.
4) If opening has protruding keystone or protruding bricks which will prevent you from taping template flush or for oversized opening, contact factory for special instructions.
(IMPORTANT) Please Provide ALL measurements C, D and N
Measurements:
Give all dimensions requested. Use a steel tape and MEASURE THE FIREPLACE
NOT THE TEMPLATE. Now compare the dimension with the template to ensure
and fill in information on template. Accuracy of template is customers
responsibility.
